Frequently asked questions
How do I get started?
Choose a public plan and submit an access request. After review, the first administrator receives account setup instructions by email and can start company setup.
What does the free pilot include?
The current public pilot supports up to two companies and five users. The plan card shows the current terms and limits; activation follows request review.
Can I import existing data from Excel?
Yes. Download sample templates for supported master data and opening balances, complete them and review validation results and row errors before applying the import.
